• Booking Window:
  Offer valid on new reservations made between now and May 15, 2026.

• Stay Dates:
  Applicable to select remaining weekly stays during July and August 2026, subject to availability.

• New Bookings Only:
  This promotion applies only to new reservations.
  Existing bookings are not eligible for this discount.

• No Rebooking to Apply Discount:
  Reservations made prior to this promotion cannot be cancelled and rebooked to take advantage of this offer.
  Any attempt to do so will result in the discount being voided and standard rates reinstated.

• Non-Transferable:
  The promotion cannot be applied retroactively, transferred to another booking, or combined with other offers.

• Standard Cancellation Policy Applies:
  All bookings remain subject to our regular cancellation policy. Cancelling an existing reservation will not guarantee availability to rebook.

• Limited Availability:
  Offer valid only while promotional inventory lasts.

• Management Rights:
